Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to Oryon's public website, web dashboard, APIs, IDE extension, and related services offered under the Oryon brand by VULNSCAN TECH SL.

By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Accounts, workspaces, and access

Some features require you to create an account, authenticate, or connect to a personal or team workspace. You must provide reasonably accurate information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized users access your workspace.

Service description

Oryon provides code and dependency security analysis, findings dashboards, exports, false positive management, historical tracking, APIs, and compatible IDE integrations. Features may vary by plan, workspace type, integration, or technical availability.

Customer code, snippets, and content

You retain ownership of your code, snippets, configurations, exported results, and other materials that you submit, upload, or generate through the Services. By using Oryon, you authorize VULNSCAN TECH SL to host, process, analyze, display, and retain that content as needed to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may not use Oryon for unlawful, abusive, or service-incompatible purposes. In particular, you may not:

access or attempt to access systems, accounts, repositories, projects, or workspaces without authorization
interfere with, overload, or bypass security measures, technical limits, or access controls of the service
upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content
use Oryon to violate third party rights, breach applicable law, or carry out fraudulent activity
perform abusive scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to replicate the service except where mandatory law allows it

Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Oryon may offer free or paid plans subject to project limits, workspace limits, seat counts, AI features, or other published or agreed commercial conditions. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and, unless expressly stated otherwise, renew automatically for successive periods equal to the subscribed term.

You may cancel renewal before the next billing period through the mechanisms made available by Oryon or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges, but access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or Oryon expressly agrees otherwise in writing, amounts already paid are non refundable. If a consumer validly exercises a statutory withdrawal right within the legal period and has requested immediate commencement of the service, Oryon may charge or retain the proportional amount corresponding to the service actually provided up to the withdrawal date.

Findings, AI, and service limits

Oryon helps identify, prioritize, and document possible security risks, vulnerable dependencies, false positives, and remediation actions. AI assisted features, scores, classifications, explanations, summaries, or recommendations may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete interpretations.

Oryon does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities, the absence of false positives or false negatives, or the regulatory, contractual, or technical compliance of any project. You remain responsible for reviewing findings, validating fixes, and deciding how to act on your code, infrastructure, dependencies, and processes.

Third party services and integrations

Oryon may integrate with IDEs, identity providers, payment processors, AI providers, code repositories, hosting services, and other third party tools. The use of third party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Oryon and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, extension, APIs, design, documentation, data models, brand, and related software. These terms grant only the limited license needed to use the service in accordance with your plan and these terms.

Availability, maintenance, and changes

Oryon seeks to keep the Services available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation or compatibility with all environments, repositories, pipelines, or IDEs. Oryon may modify plans, limits, features, or service components and will try to provide notice where reasonable.

Suspension and termination

Oryon may suspend or restrict access in whole or in part if it detects non payment, abusive use, security risk, serious breach of these terms, third party demands, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time, but termination does not automatically cancel accrued payment obligations.

Warranties and disclaimers

Except to the extent required by applicable law, the Services are provided as is and as available. Oryon disclaims implied or express warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or the achievement of specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, reputational harm, data loss, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Oryon's aggregate liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amounts actually paid by the customer to Oryon during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not allow such limits.

Changes to these terms

Oryon may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or service changes. The version published on the website will indicate the last update date, and material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or through other reasonable channels.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you use Oryon as a business or professional, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid city unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers keep the mandatory rights and forums granted by applicable consumer law.
